A former School System Employee Eloise Caldwell has been arrested by the Griffin Police Department following an investigation into a incident on a special needs bus carrying students. Caldwell was a bus monitor at the time of the incident. A bus video camera caught Caldwell first slapping the student then striking another with a rolled up magazine in the face.
