Griffin Police Department Is Seeking Your Input for use of the Justice Assistance Grant at a Hearing July 7th.

The Griffin Police Department is seeking public comment and input at the Justice Assistance Grant Hearing.  The public hearing will be July 7, 2009 at 5:00 PM at the Police Department. The purpose of this hearing is to provide an opportunity for citizens to express their opinions concerning the department’s use of the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG). The police department is planning to use the funding to purchase equipment for the Uniform Patrol Division.
